The restaurant's cuisine is based on traditional Sicilian cooking. The flavours of only typical regional products like almonds, pistachio, citrus, sword fish, tuna, prawns etc. are used to create exquisite dishes such as marinated grouper, sword fish or ricciola, spaghetti with almonds, gnocchi with pistachio, spaghetti with squid ink, risoles of sword fish and orange, or tuna fish sausage with onion chutney, to name but a few.
