CannoliThe restaurant's cuisine is based on traditional Sicilian cooking. The flavours of only typical regional products like almonds, pistachio, citrus, sword fish, tuna, prawns etc. are used to create exquisite dishes such as marinated grouper, sword fish or ricciola, spaghetti with almonds, gnocchi with pistachio, spaghetti with squid ink, risoles of sword fish and orange, or tuna fish sausage with onion chutney, to name but a few. Our restaurant is renowned for its excellent cuisine and is recommended in Italian gastronomic guidebooks and many magazines, for example: Michelin Guide Rouge, BMW, In Viaggio, Dove, Bell'Italia, Io Donna, Touring, Routard, Rough guide, Espresso, Lonely Planet, Il Mangia Rozzo, Gola in Tasca.
